We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or anything prohibited by law.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5. Damages

5.1 Coverage
We take every precaution to handle your belongings with care. However, in the rare event of damage, our liability is limited to:

• The fair market value of the damaged item, OR

5.2 Excluded Liability
We are not liable for damages or delays caused by:

• Unforeseen weather conditions
• Poor packing by the customer (if packing services are not purchased)
• Mechanical breakdowns or traffic delays

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• A customer violates these Terms and Conditions.
• There is a safety concern for our team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Virginia.
